»Chill like Nina« is a tribute to a woman whose life was pretty much dominated by hard and long fights—especially for artistic and civil freedom—and who became a role model for so many people: Eunice Kathleen Waymon, known professionally as singer, songwriter, musical arranger, and civil rights activist Nina Simone.
To appreciate and carry on the fruits of her struggles, we are giving half of the proceeds to »Generation Adefra« , a cultural-political forum by and for Black women in Germany, and »Kinder brauchen Musik«, which promotes the musical development of children.
